This is a very old and reliable program by which I have already been payed many times. Its really simple and easy get referral’s too because signup forum is very small, consisting of only 4 text boxes.

You get 50 points if someone signs up via your referral link. And you get another 50 points even if he makes a purchase of $0.01
You can redeem these points either for buying stuff or for getting cash in your paypal account. I personally, sometimes cash out and even had bought stuff twice. It took about 15 days to reach me.
You get $1 per 100 points. The minimum cash out is $10.
