You get 50 points if someone signs up via your referral link. And you get another 50 points even if he makes a purchase of $0.01
You can redeem these points either for buying stuff or for getting cash in your paypal account. I personally, sometimes cash out and even had bought stuff twice. It took about 15 days to reach me.

You get $1 per 100 points. The minimum cash out is $10.
So, you need to refer only 20 members provided that they don’t make any purchase. If all makes a purchase, you need to refer just 10 people to get $10 in your pocket, I mean paypal.
